How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and say you'd like a refund. That's the whole process: no form, no hoops.

• Your order number from the Dodo Payments receipt helps us find your purchase faster, but it isn't required.
• You're welcome to tell us what didn't work for you, but you don't have to.

We'll email you once the refund is on its way.

How the money comes back

The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used, through Dodo Payments, the checkout provider. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.

What's covered

The Skimora lifetime license, at the price you actually paid, including any discount. The 14 days start on the day you bought it.

What happens to your license

Once you are refunded, your license key is switched off. Skimora finds out the next time it checks your key, which it does about once a day when you are online, and the licensed features stop working then, or at most 7 days later if you stay offline. Bionic reading, Deep Reading Time and everything else in the free version keep working.

If you have saved highlights or notes, export them from your Library before you ask. The Library is part of the license.

Fair use

The guarantee is there so you can try Skimora properly, not so it can be used for free. We may decline a refund for a repeated buy-and-refund pattern from the same person, or for a license key that has been shared or resold against the terms.

Billing problems

Charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or never got your license key? That is a billing error, not a refund, and we will fix it whenever you find it, 14 days or not. Contact [email protected].
