Using Skimora

Skimora is a Chrome extension that changes how text is shown on pages you choose to read. You are responsible for how you use it and for the content you read with it.

The free version and the license

Bionic reading is free. The lifetime license is a one-time payment that unlocks the licensed features for the person who bought it. You pay the price shown at checkout, which starts at $19 and rises as launch spots sell. Whatever you paid, there is nothing more to pay later. A license key is for your own use and should not be shared or resold. A key works on up to 3 devices at a time. Uninstalling and reinstalling Skimora counts as a new device, and uninstalling deletes the reading records, heatmap and highlights Skimora kept on that device forever. Activating the key on a 4th device, after you confirm, signs the other three out of Skimora Lifetime. You can do that once every 24 hours. We reserve the right to revoke a license key that is shared, resold or used to get around these limits.

Who sells Skimora

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record: it runs the checkout, charges your card, handles sales tax and emails your license key.

Refunds

The lifetime license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The refund policy explains how to ask. A refunded or charged-back license stops working the next time Skimora checks it.

Your data

Your reading data stays on your device. See the privacy policy for exactly what is stored and sent.

No guarantees about results

Skimora is a reading aid. People read differently, and we do not promise that any feature will change how fast or how well you read. It is not medical advice or a treatment for any condition.

Availability and changes

Skimora works in Google Chrome. Features can change, and the extension is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
